Rob has an education and work history in the field of education and information technology. He graduated from the University of Arizona and then taught middle school and high school business and computer classes for 17 years. Rob owned a computer support business for 10 years before moving to Flagstaff, AZ to work for Northern Arizona University in 2011. He currently manages a team of OnBase developers that provide agile solutions University-wide. Rob is an OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator, a leader in ADKAR change management, and a disciple of Lean Six Sigma Principles. Rob serves as the Team Lead for the Business Process Improvement Team at Shake The Tree Solutions.

- I lived on a cattle ranch in Southern Arizona during my youth.
- I have been in 4 movies as an extra, all westerns.
- I want to watch a game in every major league ballpark; 13 out of 30! Even though I am not a Red Sox fan, my favorite is Fenway Park so far.

Playing games with my family, watching baseball, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Abraham Lincoln - He had to make some seriously hard decisions that made a huge impact on our country.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Australia to experience the beautiful land and people and then to New Zealand to meet my inner nerd LOTR “needs”.
At age 10, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a horseracing jockey or a rodeo clown. I am over 6 feet tall and weigh over 200 lbs, poor horse!!
